It has been compared with the Pakistani Chai Wala who eventually became famous in the internet because of his Tea selling Photos and got contract to work as a model. Similarly Kusum Shrestha is very popular in Nepal now.
Kusum originally from Ghyalchok Gorkha Nepal came back to her home village during her Dashain festival College Holiday was helping her parents who have been working as famers.
Her photographs were taken by a Tourist Guide named Rupchandra Maharjan who was with his customers rafting on Trishuli river, while he was on morning side trip, he saw an innocent beautiful village girl carrying vegetables and selling them herself, he took photos impressed by her hard work and uploaded them on Facebook which became viral on social media overnight.
Now many people are calling her and some journalists have reached her and tried to interview her.
Kusum is popular with the tag "Tarkariwali" means a Veggie Seller.
After this media hype, Kusum says she is ready to work as model and actress for any adverts, ramp shows or as an actress for any short movie, documentary or feature films.
