Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has submitted  his resignation at President's office which he has informed the parliament while responding the No-confidence motion against him submitted in the parliament.
 
Oli was elected as Prime Minister before 9 months securing 338 votes in the parliament against Sushil Koirala, president of Nepali Congress.
 
CPN Unified Maoist/CPN Maoist Centre (present),  RPP Nepal, Rastriya Prajantra Party, Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum Loktantrik, CPN Male, Nepal Majdur Kisan Party, Rastriya Janamorcha and Nepal Pariwar Dal were included in his cabinet.
 
Last week, Prachanda, Chairman of CPN Maoist Centre, one of the crucial stakeholder of the coalition had withdrawn their support from the government and filed No-confidence Motion against PM Oli in the parliament.
 
Prime Minister has also informed that his cabinet has already recommended the President to use Article 308 to remove difficulty on forming new Prime Minister which the existing Article hasn't mentioned clealy.
